The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is variable. The APR is based on the Prime Lending Rate published in the Wall Street Journal and will adjust periodically. The maximum APR can be as high as 24.00%. The minimum line of credit amount is $5,000 to open. A home equity line of credit must have a 1st or 2nd lien position on an owner-occupied residence. Your approval is subject to your creditworthiness and the verification of collateral. The monthly payments do not include an escrow payment for property taxes and homeowners insurance. Adequate property insurance is required, and if applicable, flood insurance would be required. Terms and rates are subject to change without notice and other conditions may apply. To qualify for the “no closing cost” option; closing costs will be paid for home equity lines that have a credit limit up to $150,000. The maximum closing costs paid for a qualified borrower will be $2,500. If the HELOC is paid off and closed within 36 months of the original note date, closing costs must be reimbursed to the Bank by the borrower. Lines of credit exceeding $150,000 are not eligible for the “no closing costs” option.
