How to Go Paperless
All members will be able to view statements/notices online via GoBanking but they must use the following steps to be a registered GoStatements/GoNotices user (a paperless member). An exception would be if your credit union is going to require members to be paperless, in that case the registration process is not needed.
Follow the steps below when a GoBanking member would like to go paperless.
- When the member is in GoBanking they will navigate to the ACCOUNTS menu and click the View Statements and Notices link.
NOTE: If the customer has not already configured their email address, they will receive a message and must complete the steps to set up their email address before continuing.
- Two buttons display. Click Go Paperless on All Accounts to go paperless on all accounts. If only certain accounts should go paperless, check the Paperless check box next to the appropriate account(s), then click Select Accounts to Go Paperless.
- The terms and conditions will display next. The member will review and click the Click Here to Open Verification PDF link to receive the necessary verification code.
- The link will open a new window with the PDF verification code. Make note of the code, type/paste it in the Verification Code box on the Terms and Conditions page and click the Accept button.
